SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

This Shipping & Returns Policy (“Policy”) explains how Simply Bread Co. (“Simply Bread,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) manages the shipment, delivery, return, and refund of products purchased through our website. This Policy is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, our [Terms and Conditions]. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Policy and our Terms and Condition, the Terms and Condition will govern. This Policy is intended to supplement, not replace, the terms of that agreement.
1. Shipping and Delivery
1.1 Shipping Coverage
Simply Bread currently offers complimentary standard shipping for oven purchases delivered to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping for accessories, replacement parts, or other products, as well as shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations, may incur additional charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to modify our shipping policies, including geographic coverage, applicable products, and rates, at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will apply to future orders.
1.2 Shipment Process
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, Simply Bread will arrange shipment of your order to the shipping address you provide. Orders are fulfilled according to our standard processing times, which may vary depending on order volume and product availability. Any estimated shipping windows or delivery dates are provided for convenience only and do not constitute a guarantee.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, supply chain disruptions, weather, natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
1.3 Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. If you elect to ship using your own carrier, a freight forwarder, or shipping broker, title and risk of loss pass to you once we deliver the products to that carrier. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or misdelivery that occurs after title and risk of loss have transferred.
If you intend to claim a tax exemption for shipments to another jurisdiction (for example, by shipping to a broker or consolidator), you must provide acceptable documentation in a form satisfactory to Simply Bread and approved in writing prior to completing your order.
1.4 Third-Party Forwarding and Rural Delivery Services
If you choose to use a third-party forwarding, consolidation, or rural delivery service to transport your oven beyond the initial delivery point, including freight forwarders, last-mile brokers, or other intermediaries, Simply Bread’s shipping and delivery obligations end once we deliver the product to that third party. From that point forward, any handling, transport, or delivery is the sole responsibility of the forwarding service, and any claims for loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery must be made directly with that provider.
1.5 Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility
Once tracking information shows that a shipment has been delivered to the address you provided, responsibility for the order transfers to you. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery confirmation.
If a delivery attempt fails due to your unavailability or inability to receive the shipment, you will be responsible for any resulting storage fees, re-consignment costs, re-delivery charges, or other carrier-imposed expenses.
1.6 Delivery Method and Access Requirements
All shipments are delivered curbside by default. Delivery personnel are not authorized to bring products inside your home, garage, or other private property without additional services being arranged in advance. If you request additional services (such as inside delivery or white-glove service), separate charges will apply.
It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery vehicles have safe and adequate access to the delivery location, including clear roadways and driveways. If a delivery attempt fails due to access issues, additional fees may apply.
For clarity, ‘curbside delivery’ means delivery to the first accessible point on the public street or driveway closest to your address. Delivery personnel are not authorized to enter private property, including driveways, garages, or homes, unless an enhanced service (such as white-glove delivery) has been arranged in advance.
1.7 International Orders
International shipments, if available, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely, and you should contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
2. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of products within fifteen (15) days of delivery, provided that:
• The product is in its original, unused condition.
• The product is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and materials included.
• The product is properly prepared for return shipment, including palletizing, crating, strapping, or boxing as appropriate.Products that have been used, damaged, modified, or returned in an unsellable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
2.2 Return Process and Authorization
Before returning a product, you must contact us at support@simply-bread.co to request a return authorization and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning a product to Simply Bread, including packaging and transportation. You bear the risk of loss or damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
2.4 Refunds After Shipment (Returns)
If you return a product after it has shipped and the return meets the eligibility criteria above, your refund will be processed as follows:
• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Additional charges may apply if the return requires extra labor, handling, or repair beyond standard processing, including but not limited to repalletizing, uncrating, repackaging, or repairing damage caused during return shipping.
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging, carrier charges, and any applicable insurance. Complimentary outbound shipping provided by Simply Bread (if any) does not extend to return shipments.
• Any shipping charges you paid for your order (including those for accessories or upgraded delivery options) are non-refundable.Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once we have received and inspected the returned product, subject to any applicable deductions outlined above.
2.5 Refunds Before Shipment (Cancellations)
If you request to cancel your order before the product has shipped, your refund will consist of the full purchase price minus any non-refundable payment processing fees (such as credit card transaction fees). These processing fees are the responsibility of the customer.
2.6 Refunds After Shipment
If you request a refund after your order has left our facility, including while the product is still in transit, the order will be treated as a return. A 20% restocking fee will apply, and you will be responsible for all return shipping and related costs, including any carrier fees incurred due to delivery changes (such as redirection, recall, or re-consignment.)
2.7 Refunds for Accessories
Accessories must be returned unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. A 20% restocking fee will apply, and you are responsible for all return shipping and related costs.
2.8 Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or denial of the refund. If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original form of payment. The timing of when funds become available is determined by your payment provider and may vary.
3. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Products returned more than 15 days after delivery.
• Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or not returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
4. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all orders placed after the date of posting. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically for updates.
