In North-America, The oven comes with a standard NEMA 6-20P plug for use in a NEMA 6-20R outlet.

If you don't have a 6-20P outlet, you can use an adapter to a standard dryer plug. Contact us for recommendations.

Be aware some industrial buildings have 208 Volts AC. Contact us if you believe you are intending to use the oven in a 208V installation.

The oven needs about 90 minutes to heat up, depending on ambient temperature. Recovery time is usually less than 10 minutes. Average baking times for a 12 loaf load are 40-50 minutes

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5 to 10 business days. The shipper will call you to schedule an appointment for delivery. We offer lift-gate delivery to the threshold with full-value insurance.

Yes, our oven comes with a 2-year warranty to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. This warranty covers the product under normal circumstances and usage. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

No, the Simply Bread Oven requires no plumbing. The water reservoir is filled manually.

We offer 2 options for international customers:

As a customer you can arrange for pickup at our factory location and pay for shipping, duties ans local delivery (ex-works, Santa Ana, California, USA). We have many customers that successfully used DHL Global Forwarding to ship and import an oven. Be aware you will need to take care of all the paperwork and formalities when importing to your country.

You can also participate in one of our bulk shipments that we organise several times a year to Europe (EMEA) and Australia (APAC). Please contact to be reserve an oven for one of these regions.

Yes, we do! Starting March 2024, we will be shipping ovens directly from our brand new European location.To place an order for European shipments, contact vincent@simply-bread.co. You’ll be responsible for covering shipping, duties, and local delivery costs from our European facility.
