ALLOW US TO SHARE THE HEARTWARMING STORY BEHIND OUR BRAND.
Upon witnessing the explosion of the micro bakery movement during the COVID-19 quarantine, our founder, Stijn Vanorbeek, had the idea to create an new oven that would allow at-home bakers to take that next step in their journey. Over a two year period, Stijn tapped into his interest for technology with his passion for food and artisan work to create the Simply Bread oven. Synonym of a true lifestyle change, Simply Bread was born from a will to try new things, to connect with a bigger community - the artisan bakers community. This is what we are about: empowering people to create their own artisan bakery, and to be a company that supports the journey for bakers of all skill levels.
